Our portfolio spans a wide range of detector sizes and technologies, from one of the largest X-ray detectors ever developed (measuring 20 cm × 20 cm on a single die from a 12-inch wafer), to ultra-miniature detectors measuring just 2.3 mm × 3.85 mm × 0.3 mm in a Wafer-Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP), specifically designed for endoscopic applications in minimally invasive procedures.
