GreenPyx

Pyxalis has long considered environmental factors in its decisions however, since late 2021, the company has gone further by creating Greenpyx, a dedicated team working to enhance sustainability efforts.
This group of about ten people regularly meets to improve Pyxalis’ environmental impact. Key initiatives have included engaging most employees in climate awareness workshops (Climate Fresk, 2 Tonnes) and obtaining a local certification for green space management in 2023.

 

Pyxalis has also embedded environmental objectives into its employee incentive agreements for the second year in a row, encouraging sustainable commuting, employee carbon footprint tracking, and a Scope 3 Carbon Assessment within two years—well ahead of regulatory requirements for companies of its size.

Looking ahead, the goal is to integrate eco-design principles into Pyxalis’ workflows. While this is a challenging journey, it holds significant value, particularly in the
microelectronics sector, where environmental impact remains a major concern.
