Empowering Innovation in the Industrial Landscape
Our company has secured in 2023 funding from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region for the implementation of advisory support services under the ‘Ambition Industrie du Futur’ (Ambition Future Industry) program. This grant will support our efforts to strengthen our position in the industry by enabling us to adopt innovative practices and implement cutting-edge technologies.
Pyxalis at the heart of the ImSPOC-UV project
Pyxalis and its partners, including the University of Grenoble-Alpes, combine their strength for the ImSPOC-UV (Imaging Spectrometer On Chip for ultra-violet) project. This program aims at developing a spectral imaging instrument about the size of matchboxes, highly wavelength resolved to allow analysis in multiple domains. The ImSPOC-UV project is in line with our values, with a focus on the issue of climate and air quality monitoring by offering an alternative to complex, heavy and very expensive instruments. This new technology will enable the monitoring of the atmospheric pollution from space -with smaller satellites and a high revisit rate- but also more locally thanks to smaller stations installed in cities or even via measurement campaigns by drone or other aircraft.
The project brings together regional know-how in terms of imaging and electronics and therefore benefits from ERDF funding from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and the European Union.
SPHINX : A new generation of “3D-stacking” technology image sensors
Our SPHINX program (Smart Integration and enHanced Performances for Image SeNsors) is an ambitious industrial research project making it possible to anticipate new generations of image sensors in “3D-stacking” technology.
Through the development of a specific brick of the manufacturing process, validated on a test vehicle, as well as the design of advanced bricks using the CMOS40 node, SPHINX will allow the development of high performance image sensors adapted to low light levels for a wide range of applications such as environment, surveillance, transport or biomedical imaging.
SPHINX was selected by #FranceRelance as part of the (re) localization component of the ministerial recovery plan.
Digitization project
The Auvergne Rhone-Alpes region has supported PYXALIS in its digitization project. We’ve been guided by Atouts Numériques with the ambititous objective of improving our competitiveness through a digital transformation project.
